Who is Ron Costa

From São Paulo to the boardrooms of Silicon Valley.

I spent a decade at Embraer Executive Jets, where speaking English wasn't optional — it was the difference between closing the sale of an executive jet and losing it. I managed sales proposals, contracts, and business relationships with clients across the Americas.

Then I co-founded SAASTEPS, a Revenue Lifecycle Management platform built 100% native on Salesforce. Every day, I work, negotiate, and build strategy entirely in English — with Americans, for the American market.

I'm not an English teacher. I'm a Brazilian executive who mastered the language through high-stakes business experience. And I created a method to help you do the same — faster.
